The honest limit
Listening is the lowest-effort way to meet an idea.
Audio is the most convenient learning format ever invented and the least demanding. Both facts come from the same place: it runs at its own pace and requires nothing from you.
That is a fair trade when the alternative is genuinely nothing. Twenty minutes of a well-made lesson on your commute beats twenty minutes of traffic radio, and nobody should talk themselves out of that.
The trap is treating it as a substitute for study when you did have the time. If you can sit down and be asked questions, do that instead, and save the audio for the parts of the day that cannot hold anything else.
